In Spanish it is San José, in English it's Saint Joseph.

I'm not going to quibble with anyone named Maria on Spanish pronunciation.

San Jose (without the accent) usually refers to the city in California. With the accent, it's the city in Costa Rica. It's not proper Spanish, but if you ever find an accent on your plane tickets it means you're going to Costa Rica.
